A signed participation agreement/waiver is required for first time clients. The waiver to be completed at the studio by hosting party parents only (guests do not need to complete) prior to the party start time on the party date.
To reserve a party, full pre-payment is required once availability is confirmed and party date and time are set (we will email you to confirm). Full party payment (non-refundable/non-transerable) is required at the time of booking to reserve the party day for you by etransfer or electronic cc invoice.
