A signed participation agreement/waiver is required for first time clients. The waiver to be completed at the studio during class sign-in or program drop-off.

Please type the exact date(s) you would like to book now (ie. September 13 & 30, October 15, November 25 or every Wednesday in Sept-Dec etc). You can change these booked dates at anytime by emailing us if your plans change or your child is ill. You can cancel/change or add dates at anytime during the term.

To reserve a spot in class full pre-payment online is required. You may pay for an individual class or use a 5 or 10-class card. If you are unable to attend a booked class for any reason, please email: carolyn@yogabuttons.com and we will remove you from the class list. We will keep a studio credit for future use (no refunds) for the individual class rate. If using a 5 or 10- class card, will not deduct any classes.
