Tash Neely - Yoga Teacher

Tash

Tash is a 300-Hour RYT and trauma-informed RYCT and has been teaching internationally in schools, studios and retreat centres since 2017. She first discovered the joy of yoga whilst at Manchester University and has now been practicing for over 10 years. But it was in 2015, when training to become a School Teacher in London, that she really fell in love with the life-changing, calming energy of yoga.

Along with her 300-Hour RYT, Tash is an experienced qualified teacher and continues to educate children in Schools. Through this work, she has seen the importance of holistic health and yoga for children, and since 2018 she has offered children's yoga in schools, nurseries and community centres. Recently, she has continued her yoga education in yoga therapy, pranayama and yoga nidra, all of which feature in her classes to create a holistic, healing experience.

Through classes, workshops and retreats, Tash's mission is to help schools, families and adults explore their way out of stress and anxiety; re-connecting to their bodies and minds in a fun, accessible way.
